1. Purpose
The Membership and Nomination Committee review the qualifications of each applicant for Membership, recommend the approval or rejection of each application by the non-discriminatory application of published objective non-discriminating criteria, propose nominees for election to the Board of Directors taking into account the requirements for a balanced geographical representation, propose nominees for all Officer positions to be filed by the Board of Directors
