This is a leaf image, highly magnified. A hot "wax coating" filter was applied to enhance the ribs. A pseudo-color treatment confers a "golden look" to the leaf.

The leftmost image is the image of a synthetic planet which results from multiscale blending of an "earth-like" planet shown in the rightmost image, and an "alien" planet presented in the middle.
