This program is still a first prototype of our ideas. So, be aware that
you may face several bugs. We'll really appreciate any constructive feedback
you may post to us regarding malfunctioning and further improvements.
Try to collect the following information at the time of a problem:

module (GUI, PlugServer, etc.)

model you're working on, including your current configuration

operating system, including your network status (dial up, ethernet, ...),
Java Development Kit (Sun JDK, IBM JDK, ...), Java virtual machine (if
the jit is enabled or not, etc..), and thread model (native or green).
