MMACH commands

PROGRAM NAME

vwatersh - Watershed

DESCRIPTION

vwatersh will do the watershed of a gray-scale input image. The input image can be looked at as a surface model. Its basins are recognized via a flooding simulation.

The connectivity can be set to 4 or 8. If the 'Limited Watershed' option is set to true, the input image's border will be initialized with zeroes. This is useful to remove basins that touch the border.
