PROGRAM NAME
vdilseg Dilation by a straight line segment
DESCRIPTION
vdilseg
will do a dilation by a straigth line segment.
The line segment is defined by its length (from 1 to 50), and
by its angle with the horizontal (from 180 deg. to +180 deg.).
The output image will have the same type as the input image.
REQUIRED ARGUMENTS
 i

type: infile
desc: input image
 alfa

type: integer
desc: angle of the line segment from the horizontal
bounds: 180 < [alfa] < 180
 length

type: integer
desc: length of the line segment
bounds: 0 < [length] < 50
 o

type: outfile
desc: resulting output image
OPTIONAL ARGUMENTS
none
EXAMPLES
vdilseg i imi.xv length 5 angle 90 o imo.xv
Will realize a dilation of the image "imi.xv" by the straigth line segment defined as 5 pixels long, and oriented at 90 deg. from the horizontal. The resulting image will be written to "imo.xv".
^

 90 deg.

x > Horizontal
SEE ALSO
RESTRICTIONS
vdilseg
can be defined for all data types supported by Khoros, but at the moment it has been implemented just for the bit and unsigned char types.
